Click and Collect, How it all works.

Step by Step Guide for Jersey customers only

1. Add the products you want to purchase to your cart. You can do this by clicking on a product, choose your quantity then clicking the "Add to Cart" Button.

2. Proceed to the checkout, to do this simply click the "Checkout” or the “Shopping Cart Icon" which is found on the top right of every page on the website. Double check that you are happy with the order and then click the "Checkout" Button at the bottom or top of the page.

3. You will need to login or create an account with us before you can checkout.

4. After you have logged in you have the option to checkout straight away with PayPal or enter your billing information then continue to payment method where you can pay with a debit or credit card.

5. Once this has been confirmed you order will be ready in 1 hour (within opening times) for collection from the store.

7. Make sure when you collect the product from the store that you have access to your collection code. You can ether loaded it up through your email on your phone when you come to collect or print out the email confirmation you receive or just write down the code shown on the email. Just please make sure you do have your collection code as we will not be able to allow the collection without it.

Our endeavor is to dispatch all orders within 24 - 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

We are associated with numerous renowned postal service providers, among which you can choose anyone of your choice at the time of checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a package/order when incomplete or incorrect delivery address details have been provided to us.

In the event of non-delivery, please allow up to 21 days before contacting us (28 days for International customers). Postal Network regulations mean that unfortunately we cannot follow up on missing items before that time.

If your order has not arrived after the quoted periods of time, then please contact us, so that we can resolve the issue.

Most of our deliveries reach at your door usually within 4 to 8 working days, however please allow up to 10 working days.

Delivery times may vary at or around Christmas time.
